Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are ever unsatisfied with your service, please let us know during your appointment or within 24 hours after so we can address your concerns.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they are tailored specifically to your booking preferences.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior toward our staff. Respect and professionalism create the best experience for everyone!
✨ Booking & Scheduling
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance via text at 816-260-7858.
🚨 Missed Appointments incur a 30% cancellation fee and forfeit your deposit. This fee will be charged to the card on file.
Late Cancellations/Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW and charged a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Please allow extra time for traffic and weather delays. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a NO-SHOW status and a 30% cancellation fee.
✨ Studio Etiquette & Safety
No Extra Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment, no additional guests, pets, or children are allowed during your appointment.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
For your safety and ours, please wash your hands before your service.
Privacy & Media Consent
Your information is used strictly for appointment communication. With your consent, photos/videos may be used for social media and marketing.

Tran Beauty Studio | Semi-Permanent Makeup (Semi-PMU) Policy
Free Consultation – Let’s Chat!
If you’re new to semi-permanent makeup (Semi-PMU), we highly recommend booking a free consultation to discuss your beauty goals and expectations.
Booking Your Semi-PMU Appointment
🔹 A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your service and can be paid via Venmo or invoice.
Rescheduling Policy
Life is unpredictable, and we get that! You may reschedule once without additional fees. Any further changes will require a new deposit—no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your semi-PMU appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Previous Work Approval
If you’ve had semi-PMU work done elsewhere, please inform us before booking to ensure we can achieve the best results for you.
Payment Methods
We accept Venmo payments and provide invoices upon request for your convenience.
Who Should NOT Get Semi-Permanent Makeup?
You are NOT a candidate if you have any of the following conditions:
❌ Under 18 years old (must be 18+ for treatment)
❌ Pregnant or nursing
❌ History of Keloids or Hypertrophic Scarring
❌ Diabetes (requires doctor’s clearance)
❌ Currently undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor first)
❌ Viral infections or diseases (HIV, HAV, HBV, HCV, etc.)
❌ Epilepsy or seizure disorders
❌ Pacemaker or major heart conditions
❌ History of Organ Transplants
❌ Skin conditions near the treated area (Psoriasis, rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
❌ Currently sick (cold, flu, or other illnesses)
❌ Taken Accutane within the past year
❌ Had Botox in the past 2 months
❌ Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure or Poor General Health
Important Booking Considerations for Semi-PMU
✅ Two-Step Process: Semi-PMU typically requires two sessions—the initial treatment and a perfecting touch-up session. While some clients may heal beautifully after one session, most need a second appointment to refine the results. In rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look.
✅ Booking Your Touch-Up Session: The perfecting session is a separate fee and not included in the initial treatment. Since results vary by individual, we highly recommend booking your 4-10 week touch-up session at the same time as your initial appointment to secure availability.
✅ Previously Tattooed Brows? If you have had work done by another artist, you MUST get our approval before booking to ensure we can work over your existing pigment.
✅ Foreign Retouches: Any corrections or touch-ups on previous work done elsewhere will be treated as a new set of brows. Please book accordingly.
✅ Results Vary by Individual: Factors like skin type, blood circulation, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, medications, and aftercare all affect how pigment is retained.
Before Your Semi-PMU Treatment:
📌 Avoid These Before Your Appointment:
🚫 Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, or blood thinners 24 hours before the procedure.
🚫 Do not drink alcohol or caffeine on the day of the procedure.
🚫 Do not tan or have sunburned face.
Tran Beauty Studio | Lash Extension Policy
✅ Preparing for Your Lash Appointment
To ensure the best retention and a flawless look, please follow these guidelines:
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and eye area. Avoid mascara, eyeliner, and oil-based products, as residue can impact adhesion.
Do NOT use waterproof mascara before your lash appointment. Any leftover product may interfere with lash extension bonding.
✅ Lash Refill Policy
To qualify for a refill, you must have at least 30% of your lash extensions remaining.
If less than 30% remain, it will be considered a new full-set application.
