✨ To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, we kindly ask you to review and familiarize yourself with our policies before scheduling an appointment. This helps us align our efforts in creating an experience tailored to your desires.✨
✨Service Guarantee:
We strive for your complete satisfaction at Tran Beauty Studio. If you ever feel less than satisfied, please inform us during your service or within 24 hours after it’s completed.
✨Refunds:
All costs are non-refundable and non-transferable, as services are tailored to your booking preferences.
✨Right to Refuse Service:
Tran Beauty Studio reserves the right to decline service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior towards our staff.
✨Rescheduling or Cancellation:
We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your consideration. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment via text message at 816-260-7858. Missed appointments incur a 30% cancellation fee and forfeit your deposit. This cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
✨Late Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your service will be marked as NO-SHOW and charged a cancellation fee.
✨Late Arrival Policy:
To respect everyone’s time, please account for potential delays due to traffic or weather conditions when driving to your appointment. Appointments starting more than 20 minutes late will be marked as a NO-SHOW, incurring a 30% cancellation fee.
✨Safety Policy:
For everyone’s safety, no additional guests, pets, or children are permitted. Please wash your hands before any service.
✨Online Booking:
Requests are scheduled based on artist availability. Approval from Tran Beauty Studio confirms your booking. A credit card is required for reservations and kept on file for future bookings and incurred fees.
✨Privacy:
The information collected is solely for appointment-related communication. Photos and videos may be used for social media and marketing with your consent.
✨Price Changes:
Service prices are subject to change without notice.
✨Additional Semi-PMU Policy:
- Free Consultation: If you’re exploring semi-PMU services for the first time, we highly recommend a free consultation. This ensures we understand your expectations and can tailor our services to your unique needs.
- Securing Your Appointment: To reserve your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit, contributing to your service, can be sent via Venmo or settled through an invoice sent after booking.
- Rescheduling Policy: Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. You are permitted one reschedule for your semi-PMU appointment without any additional charges. However, any subsequent reschedules will require a new deposit, regardless of when the change is made.
- Cancellation Policy: We value your time and ours. Cancellation of a semi-PMU appointment, for any reason, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Approval for Previous Work: If you’ve had previous semi-PMU work done, please notify us before booking. This helps us ensure a seamless experience for you.
- Payment Methods: You can conveniently settle your deposit through Venmo or receive an invoice after confirming your appointment.
Semi-PMU Requirements
You do NOT have ONE of these conditions:
– Under the age of 18
– Pregnant or nursing
– History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
– Diabetic (requires doctor’s clearance)
– Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
– Viral infections and/or diseases (HIV, HAV, HBV, HCV…)
– Epilepsy
– Pacemaker or major heart problems
– Organ transplant
– Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
– Sickness (cold, flu, etc.)
– Took Accutane in the past year
– Had Botox in the past 2 months
– Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.
Semi-PMU Booking Concerns:
– Semi-PMU is typically a 2-step process: Initial + a perfecting (touch-up) session. While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch-up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. In some rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look
– Booking your perfecting (Touch-up) session: This session is a separate fee and not included with the initial session. Because results are unpredictable, it is recommended that you book your 4-12 weeks touch-up session the same day as you book your initial appointment. This is not required but highly recommended.
– All foreign retouches will be considered as a new set of brows. Please book accordingly.
– All results will vary per person depending on their: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.
– If you have had previous work done by another artist, you MUST get my approval before booking.
Before a semi-PMU treatment:
– Do not take aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, or blood thinner 24 hours before the procedure.
– Do not drink alcohol or caffeine on the day of the procedure.
– Do not tan or have a sunburned face.
Eyelash Extension Requirements
– Please come to your eyelash extensions appointment with CLEAN lashes and eye area.
– Waterproof and regular mascara should be avoided for all eyelash extensions.
– For eyelash extensions refill, you MUST have up to 30% of your previous extensions remaining. Otherwise, it will be considered a new full-set service.
